I, Bob, had such a blast playing with the LEGO Indiana Jones Escape from The Lost Tomb building toy! As a huge fan of the Raiders of the Lost Ark movie, I was thrilled to get my hands on this set. Not only does it come with an awesome Indiana Jones minifigure, but also a mummy and other characters from the film. Plus, there are snakes and secret passages to add to the adventure!
My friend Amy’s son Jack received this as a gift for his 8th birthday and let me tell you, I was quite impressed. The 600-piece build kept them occupied for hours and once they were done, Jack couldn’t wait to start playing with all the different parts and characters. It’s such a great gift idea for kids aged 8+ because it allows them to use their imagination and creativity while building and playing.
As a parent myself, I cannot recommend this LEGO set enough. My daughter Lily absolutely loves it! She’s been obsessed with Indiana Jones ever since we watched the movies together and now she gets to relive one of her favorite scenes with this set. This set is a perfect homage to the iconic opening scene of Raiders of The Lost Ark. It even comes with four minifigures including Indiana Jones himself, complete with his signature hat and whip. Plus, the interactive functions such as lighting up the idol and collapsing walls make it a fun and engaging build for adults like me.
My friend Sarah, who is new to the Indiana Jones franchise, received this set as a gift from her boyfriend. Needless to say, she was blown away by it! As she built the Temple of The Golden Idol, she found herself reliving all the nostalgia from watching the movies as a kid. I absolutely love the LEGO Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade Fighter Plane Chase building set! It’s perfect for reliving all the action from the movie, and it comes with everything you need to do just that. The buildable car and airplane are so cool, and I can’t get enough of the 3 included minifigures – especially Indy with his iconic hat and whip. Plus, the addition of Indy’s father, Professor Henry Jones Sr., makes this set even more awesome!
My son Kyle received this playset for his 10th birthday and he hasn’t stopped playing with it since. He loves flying the fighter jet around using the propeller and stud shooters, while also driving around in the vintage convertible car. And let’s not forget about the hidden chest in the back of the car containing an umbrella and pistol – such a fun surprise! This is definitely a great gift idea for any 8+ year old who loves adventure.

And let me tell you, it did not disappoint. In fact, I can confidently say that playing this game on the Wii is a necessary experience for any fan.
Firstly, the Wii’s motion controls add a whole new level of immersion to the gameplay. Swinging Indy’s whip or throwing grenades with a flick of my wrist felt incredibly satisfying and made me feel like I was truly a part of the action.
